A paper proof is available upon request. New orders for metal inlay will automatically receive a paper proof. Color paper proofs are available. Please provide an e-mail address for your proof.

Artwork Guidelines (For all processes)
• Artwork can be provided in the following software formats: Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Discs are acceptable if Mac formatted, and files in tiff or eps format.
• All tiff files must be at least 100K in size and 300 dpi.
• If art is e-mailable, send files in the following formats ONLY: ILLUSTRATOR, TIFF or FREEHAND files.
• If digital art is not available, please send black & white camera-ready art on paper as either a stat or 600 dpi laser print.
• Please note that artwork cannot be returned.
• PMS numbers are required for pad print color matches.
• If artwork is not supplied, a minimum of $125.00 (C) will be assessed.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Monroe, CT via FedEx when possible, unless otherwise specified on your order. Two business days for paper proof. Drop shipments available at $10.00 (A) plus actual freight charge(s). Available in the Continental U.S. only. C.O.D. orders are not available.

We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over on imprinted products.

Cancelled orders are subject to a $85.00 (C) charge in addition to all other costs incurred up to cancellation. No changes (increases, decreases, colors, etc.) will be accepted once production of your order has begun.

Orders that are less than the minimum quantity are subject to $80.00 (C) charge and are subject to approval.
Special packaging add $1.00 (C) for individual remailers. Contact us for prior approval.

Products in this catalog are intended solely for the CORPORATE MARKETS sector. They can be resold only to purchasers who will use them as incentives and promotions and not sell them to consumers or persons likely to resell them directly or indirectly to consumers. Any warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any particular use will not apply to products resold in violation of this limitation, and, by ordering from this catalog, customers agree to the restriction.

Merchandise returns are not accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, call 1-800-243-4066.
Product must be returned within 30 days from the issuance of the RA number. No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization number.
A 15% restocking fee may be incurred for return of goods at the discretion of Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. Contact Customer Service for charges on returning imprinted products. All sales are final on SwissFlash with the exception of manufacturer’s defects.
All sales are final on gift certificates.

WARRANTY INFORMATION TIMEPIECES  [+ click to view more details]

Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. warrants, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase, the face, hands and movement of Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. timepieces to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
If any of the aforementioned parts are defective we will, at our option, either repair or replace the timepiece, without charge.

For issues with your timepiece please click here, print and fill out the Timepiece Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to your nearest Authorized Service Center.

Diamond Collection
Before sending your timepiece for repair, pre-register both the warranty and the timepiece.

If a diamond timepiece needs a repair related to the timepiece and not the diamonds, the timepiece may be sent directly to Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. or to any of our Authorized Repair Centers. A complete listing of Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. Authorized Repair Centers can be found on our website at www.swissarmy.com

If the repair is related to the diamond bezel or dial, send the timepiece to one of our three authorized diamond repair centers listed below. If the timepiece warrants both diamond and mechanical repair, it should be sent to a diamond repair center.

Timepieces needing only diamond repairs/replacements should be sent directly to one of the three diamond repair centers, not to Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. If a timepiece needing diamond work is sent to Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc., it will be forwarded to one of our Authorized Diamond Repair Centers and returned to the consumer or retailer upon completion of repairs.
