Green Shield Helps the Environment

Victorinox began the Green Shield program in March of 2007. This initiative is intended to help motivate employees at the factory in Ibach, Switzerland to act in environmentally sustainable ways. The Green Shield program is designed to help promote the use of public transportation or environmentally friendly personal transportation, as well as saving energy at the workplace and in every day practices through special promotions, such as May Bike Month, Muscles Not Motors, and Saving Power and Light.
